Orders
There are 3 ways you can place an order with us:
1st Method - ON LINE
Browse through our website and add the items you would like to order to the shopping chart.
Complete the checkout by entering your postal information and completing the payment. Payments are safe and secure thanks to the high encrypting technology used by PayPal. You can pay using either your PayPal account or your debit/credit card (using PayPal gateway).
2nd Method - Call us on +44(0)20 81 333 679 and provide us with the details of your order (products ordering code, quantity, payment type and details and ultimately the delivery details).
3rd Method - Send us an email at info@i-acs.co.uk provide us with the details of your order (products ordering code, quantity, payment type and details and ultimately the delivery details).
Shipping
Orders might take up to 4 weeks to be processed depending on the items and quantity purchased. We are committed to offering very high quality products.
Once the order is despatched you will be receive an email confirmation of the shipping which will provide all shipping details (including a tracking number if the shipping method you selected reserves that option).
Delivery takes from 3 to 7 working days depending on destination and shipping method.
Return Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction at i-A.C.Systems. Our products are of the highest quality and we do everything possible to make sure that the goods are packed in the most secure way to avoid any possible damage during transportation. If you want to return an unused product, we are happy to accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. We do however charge a 20% handling fee for any returns. Shipping arrangements and costs back to i-A.C.Systems have to be arranged by the customer. All returns have to be sent to our London warehouse at the following address:

Returns will be accepted for unopened boxes only. A Credit Note will be issued to the customer only after we have received the goods returned and after the after-sales team at i-A.C.Systems has verified the condition of the items.
If your item received is defective, i-A.C.Systems will replace it entirely at our own expense if we are informed up to 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Should the goods you want to return fall under the conditions described above, please get in contact with us immediately at info@i-acs.co.uk to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please return the goods writing the RMA number provided on the box.
In brief:
1. No returns will be accepted on goods that have been used.
2. No returns will be accepted on goods that have been received over 7 days from the first request of return.
3. A 20% handling fee will be charged on all returns except those that fall under warranty returns and that following info@i-acs.co.uk inspections, are confirmed to be found with manufacturing defects. These are covered by the manufacturing warranty.
4. All Products will be inspected prior to issuing a credit note for compliance with our return policy. If a product is found to be not in compliance with our return policy a refund will not be issued. info@i-acs.co.uk will be unable to ship the product back to you without receiving payment for the reshipping costs.
5. All returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition.
6. Shipping returns back to our warehouse are at the expense of the customer.
