The Carel PGD1PH0F00SP is the genuine spare LCD display assembly for the Carel pCO family of programmable HVAC/R controllers, supplied as a replacement part for units running UR firmware release 4. It is the panel-mount variant (PGD1F0 series), designed for flush installation into control panels and AHU control enclosures.

The display uses an FSTN graphic LCD with a resolution of 132×64 pixels, providing full graphical output including icon rendering and international font support in two sizes (5×7 and 11×15 pixel). Backlighting is via green LED. The active display area measures 66×32 mm, with a visible area of 72×36 mm. In panel-mount configuration, the front fascia carries an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for use in plant rooms and mechanical service environments.

Compatibility

This spare display is compatible with the full Carel pCO Sistema range, including the pCO5plus, pCO5, and c.pCO controllers. The display connects to the pCO board via the RJ12 telephone connector (up to 50 m cable run) or via RS485 shielded cable using a TCONN6J000 adapter (up to 500 m). Application software resides on the pCO controller, no additional software is required on the terminal.

Typical Applications

Replacement display for Carel pCO controllers installed in AHU control panels, chiller and heat pump systems, fan coil unit (FCU) controllers, VAV box controllers, and BMS-connected HVAC/R plant. Also used as a spare to maintain operational continuity on existing pCO installations where the display has failed or been damaged.

Installation Notes

Panel cutout dimensions: 127×69 mm plus two 4 mm diameter circular holes. The pLAN address is configured via the display keypad after connection. The factory default is address 32.
