What Our Customers Are Saying
The ebm-papst SN1120-A050 is a differential pressure sensor with a 0–50Pa measurement range, designed for monitoring air pressure differences in HVAC and building services applications. It uses a high-quality mass flow module to convert pressure differential into a linear 0–10VDC analogue output signal, making it directly compatible with most HVAC controllers and BMS inputs without signal conditioning.
The sensor features reverse polarity protection, no offset, no zero-point drift, and is hysteresis-free throughout its operating range. Full factory calibration and temperature compensation from -20°C to +80°C is applied for air and N2. Supplied with two 0.5m air hoses fitted as standard.
• Part number: SN1120-A050
• Pressure range: 0–50 Pa
• Output signal: 0–10 VDC (analogue)
• Supply voltage: 9.5–57 V (nominal)
• Max current: 10 mA
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +80°C
• Ingress protection: IP54
• Dimensions (W × L × H): 43.2 × 90.2 × 69.4 mm
• Weight: 86 g
• Cable length: 1 m (nominal)
• Media: Clean air and non-aggressive gases
The 0–10VDC output is proportional to the pressure differential relative to the sensor's full range. At 50Pa (full scale on the A050), the output is 10V. A differential of 25Pa gives 5V. This linear relationship makes the SN1120-A050 straightforward to configure in any controller or datalogger with a standard analogue input.
• Filter condition monitoring in air handling units (AHUs)
• Duct static pressure measurement and control
• Fan speed control and proof-of-flow detection
• Clean room and laboratory differential pressure monitoring
• VAV system pressure feedback
The SN1120 is available in four analogue variants. All share the same physical format, supply voltage, and output signal:
• SN1120-A050: 0–50 Pa (Analogue)
• SN1120-A100: 0–100 Pa (Analogue)
• SN1120-A200: 0–200 Pa (Analogue)
• SN1120-A500: 0–500 Pa (Analogue)
