UCHCOND030 - Carel Conn. and Cable Kit UChiller Din Molex/Free 300CM

The UCHCOND030 is the official Carel connector and cable kit for the Universal Controller DIN rail model. It provides a complete set of pre-terminated Microfit crimp connector assemblies with 300cm (3 metre) free-end cables, giving engineers sufficient cable run for neat, secure wiring of all analogue inputs, digital inputs, analogue outputs and digital relay outputs during installation or panel build.

The Universal Controller is a configurable HVAC and refrigeration controller supporting ON/OFF, proportional and PID regulation of temperature, pressure and humidity used across air conditioning, refrigeration and heating applications. This kit ensures every connector position is covered from day one, eliminating the need to source individual Microfit assemblies separately.

Kit Contents & Connector Coverage

The UCHCOND030 provides Microfit crimp connector assemblies for all terminal blocks on the Universal Controller DIN rail version:

• J2 – 10-pin Microfit crimp connector (analogue inputs S1, S2, S3, S5; digital inputs ID1, ID2; analogue outputs Y1, Y2)
• J3 – 8-pin Microfit crimp connector (analogue inputs S4, S6; digital inputs ID3, ID4, ID5)
• J6 – 6-pin Microfit crimp connector (digital relay outputs NO1, NO2, NO3, NO4)
• J7 – 3-pin Microfit crimp connector (digital relay output NO5)
• J9 – 4-pin Microfit crimp connector (analogue input S7; digital input ID6 — DIN model only)
• J11 – 3-pin Microfit crimp connector (digital relay output NO6 — DIN model only)

Cable cross-section is 0.05–0.52 mm² for signal/input connectors and 0.5–1.31 mm² for relay output connectors, in line with the Universal Controller wiring specification.

Typical Applications

This kit is specified during installation of the Carel Universal Controller DIN rail model in HVAC control panels for air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), chillers, heat pumps and refrigeration plant. The 300cm cable length suits applications where the controller is mounted remotely from the field wiring or where cable dressing within a larger panel requires additional reach. Compatible Products

This connector kit is designed exclusively for use with the Carel Universal Controller DIN rail model U20R00UC00250. For commissioning and parameter configuration, the Carel USB/RS485 converter CVSTDUMOR0 is required alongside Applica Desktop software. The Universal Controller supports Bluetooth commissioning via the Carel Applica mobile app (Android and iOS) and RS485 Modbus RTU supervision for BMS integration.
