The F22090140 is a compact, three-phase worm gear motor from IBC Controls, designed for continuous duty in HVAC and building services applications. Rated at 90 W with a 140 rpm output speed and 4.1 Nm output torque, it is well suited to driving damper mechanisms, AHU components, ventilation louvres, and light rotary loads in air handling units.

The motor operates on a 3×230/400 V, 50 Hz supply with a rated current of 0.7/0.4 A, and carries IE1 efficiency classification. A built-in thermal contact, drawn to terminal, provides overtemperature protection without external thermistor wiring. The aluminium housing improves thermal dissipation during extended run cycles, while the 1:10 worm gear ratio delivers smooth, low-speed torque output with inherent self-locking characteristics.

Fully adapted for variable speed control, the F22090140 can be operated via a frequency inverter or fan speed regulator. When connected to IBC Controls control units, the motor must be D-connected (3×230 V). Dimensions comply with IEC standards, and the extended output shaft accommodates standard coupling arrangements.
